Monemvasia Winery Tsimbidi | Laconia, Peloponnese, Greece
Dry White Wine | 50% Kydonitsa · 50% Assyrtiko | 13% Vol. | PGI Laconia
300 White is a distinctive blend of two important Greek varieties, bringing together the rare indigenous Kydonitsa of Laconia with the internationally recognised Assyrtiko.
The result is a fresh, structured and expressive white wine that combines the aromatic character of Kydonitsa with the crisp acidity and mineral character of Assyrtiko.
In the glass, it shows a bright yellow-green colour and expressive aromas of quince, citrus, grapefruit and mineral notes. The palate is lively and well structured, with refreshing acidity balanced by a satisfying body and a long, pleasant finish.
The wine is fermented in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18°C and matured for approximately five and a half months on fine lees, with regular stirring. This gives the wine additional texture while preserving its freshness and varietal character.

The name 300 reflects the wine's connection to the rugged Laconian landscape and the philosophy of Monemvasia Winery: bringing distinctive Greek varieties and the character of the region into the bottle.
At its heart is Kydonitsa, a rare local variety of Laconia that the winery has helped bring back into prominence. Assyrtiko adds its characteristic freshness, acidity and mineral expression, creating a particularly successful meeting of two Greek varieties.
Two Greek varieties. One Laconian identity. A fresh and beautifully structured expression of southern Greece.
