With a light yellow colour with green reflections, this cru is distinguished by the finesse of its bubbles and its persistent foam. The nose offers an expressive bouquet of chamomile, honey, butter and toast. The palate is rich, creamy and shows a good intensity on the finish on the nutty. The riddling and disgorging are done by hand. An accomplished and structured cuvée where a terroir with a cold climate is happily expressed.
