Grapes Variety: KOTSIFALI, SYRAH

This is a charming blend of Kotstifali, an indigenous Cretan red grape with the cosmopolitan Syrah. It has been crafted from selected vineyards of Dafnes viticulture area, in the middle of the island. Located on hill slopes at 350m altitude, the mild climate and the clay-calcareous soils, produce grapes of fruity intensity and structure. Wonderfully aromatic with balanced acidity and fresh finish.
