Fresco Rosso is an easy-to-drink red wine that has been created to be enjoyed slightly cool, basing its charm on freshness and vitality, its vibrant fruity profile and velvety tannins. It is a red wine that can accompany a wide range of foods and not just those based on meat. It can also be eaten plain without accompanying food. It is a great choice for warm weather and outdoor gatherings such as a party.
Medium intensity crimson color with several blue accents. Vibrant aroma with dark fruits such as raspberry and plum dominating, followed by hints of herbs and pepper. Its taste is juicy with harmonious acidity, soft tannins and fruity aftertaste.

Grilled chicken, grilled white meats, minced meat dishes, eggplant or mushroom dishes, pasta with red sauces, spicy pizzas, salmon, varieties of cold cuts and cheeses.
