LOCATION: AGIA VARVARA, HERAKLEION, at an altitude of 670m.

VINIFICATION: Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Low sulphite content. Unfiltered when bottled.

CHARACTER: Strong fruit aromas adding freshness to the wine. Strawberries and plums, framed by notes of cinnamon, vanilla and allspice. Medium-bodied with round tannins and a long aftertaste.
