Laurier Noir Nature is a natural red wine produced by Tetramythos Winery, located in the Aigialia region of the northern Peloponnese, Greece. This wine is crafted from 100% Mavrodaphne, a native Greek grape variety traditionally used for sweet wines. However, in this case, it is vinified as a dry red wine, showcasing the versatility of the grape. Laurier Noir Nature exhibits a vibrant ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers aromas of fresh grapes, aromatic herbs like thyme and laurel, and a hint of pepper. The palate is marked by a soft, almost sweet attack, followed by fruity flavors and a finish characterized by tannins reminiscent of grape seeds, providing a unique and digestible wine experience.
