Malvasia di Candia
P.G.I. Crete (Protected Geographical Indication)
Dry white
Malva has been created with the aim of highlighting the extroverted yet elegant aspect of Malvazia. The name Malva is inspired by the name of the variety but also by the aromatic flower Malva Sylvestris, as the floral profile is clearly reflected in the wine.
Bright lemon color with green highlights. Pervasive aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits, sweet lemon and fresh herbs compose the fine aromatic profile. Its taste is delicious and full of freshness with fruity elements dominating and a softly spicy aftertaste that leaves the best impressions.

Fresh salads, seafood, fish, stews, light white meat dishes, cheese varieties, fruit salads, aperitifs.
