Grape variety: Moschato Spinas/ Sauvignon Blanc
Dry, white wine. Soft, yellowish hue and it offers an explosion of exquisite floral aromas with a background of white fruit. The mouth is well balanced, both rich and invigorating, with a signature long-lasting finish. It can served with fruits, as well as light Mediterranean and Cretan dishes.
Grape variety: Merlot
Red, dry wine. The Thrapsan land is rich in clay and is renowned for its ceramic pitharia and its scrumptious grapes. The wine has a deep red colour and offers an explosion of exquisite red fruit, intermingled with sweet spices. The mouth is perfectly balanced and velvety, with a signature long-lasting finish. The optimal serving temperature is 16-18C and it can be served with grilled meats, as well as yellow cheese platters.
