Ocean Vidiano belongs to the line of single-varietal wines made from up-and-coming indigenous grapes of our island, which prove the richness hidden in the Cretan land. It is created in order to capture all the typical characteristics of the variety and its irresistible Mediterranean character, but also our continuous effort for further exploration. It is a versatile wine that suits not only Cretan and Greek cuisine but also many international cuisines such as Chinese and Japanese.
Bright lemon color. Charming fresh aromas of stone fruits and exotic fruits on a background of lemon blossoms and honey. Rich and quite oily taste with lively acidity that refreshes leaving a pleasant fruity aftertaste. It has the structure to evolve into the bottle for 3-4 years.

Fresh salads, vegetable soups, pies, seafood, grilled or fried fish, chicken, pork with white sauces, stuffed vine leaves, stews, cheese dishes.

Aging: 2-4 years

Vineyard: Dry vineyard of low yield per hectare in Venerato in Malevizio, Heraklion.
Yield: 750-850 kg/acre
Climate: Mild winter, cool summer
Harvest: 5 – 15 September
Vinification: Fermentation of prosciutto at 15 ºC with selected yeasts.
Maturation: in tanks for 4 months
