Spin is a wine blend between two different harvest dates of Negoska grapes. It is an effort to present a naturally balanced monovarietal Negoska by combining the acidity given by the early harvest with the fruitiness, structure and colour given by the late harvest. The grapes fermented spontaneously with no additives, fining or filtration. Give it some time to breathe after you open it and combine it with what you like the most!
