🍷 Winemaking Approach

Under the guidance of Chloé Chatzivariti, who returned from France in 2016 with a passion for natural and biodynamic winemaking, Spin is produced with minimal intervention. This approach allows the unique character of the Negoska grape and the Goumenissa terroir to shine through. The wine is unfiltered and unfined, preserving its authentic expression .
