Tango is a distinctive red wine from Vouni Panayia Winery, located in the Paphos region of Cyprus. This wine is part of the winery's microvinification series, which focuses on showcasing the unique characteristics of indigenous Cypriot grape varieties.
The two grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks using spontaneous fermentation. The Yiannoudi portion is then aged for six months in used barrels to enhance its complexity. The vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1,050 meters on rocky schist soils, and the grapes are cultivated using biodynamic practices.
