Venerata Rosa is a delightful and aromatic rosé wine that is crafted to be enjoyed fresh and admired for its outgoing and refreshing character. It has the ability to perfectly match a wide variety of cuisine styles. This youthful wine boasts a highly Mediterranean temperament, making it an excellent choice for the Greek summer.
Pale pomegranate color with orange hues. Its attractive floral aromas reminiscent of jasmine and rose are accompanied by notes of stone fruits, strawberry and exotic spices. The taste is refreshing and creamy, with a pleasant fruity finish.

Salads, stuffed vegetables, seafood, pasta, sushi, white meat dishes with spicy sauces, fruit salads and aperitifs.

Ageing potential: Drink young
Serving temperatures: 7-9°C
Vineyard: Northern exposure in the zone of Dafnes, in Heraklion.
Yield: 700-900 kg/ha
Climate: Mild winter, cool summer
Harvest: 5th to 15th of September
Vinification: Maceration and extraction for 8 hours, followed by fermentation at 15°C using selected yeasts.
